The Art of Grant Writing
Grant writing is an art form! One must be able to navigate through all the potential grants, that offer important funds, to complete specialized projects. Most grants have important deadlines to meet, and to be funded a skilled set of writing goals are needed. Through grant writing it is the goal for the Environmental Center to attain needed funds to complete current and future projects. By learning grant writing an individual will add a great asset to their resume when seeking future employment. Currently the grant team is applying for multiple grants that will provide funds to complete projects in sustainability. Through funding others will be able to see the valuable contributions the Environmental Center contributes to the goals of making the University of Hawai`i the most sustainable college in the country.
